Place was clean, staff spoke enough English enough to get by, no problem. My therapist spent the full 30 mins on my wax, but still didn’t manage to get all the hairs - I kept thinking we’d have been done 10 mins ago if she’d grabbed some tweezers! I am giving 4 stars because I asked her to do my snail trail. I’ve been getting waxes for 20 years and not once have I been charged extra for this, but it was another £5 on top of a £35 wax?! Not cool, especially as she didn’t tell me before doing it.
