Ella is amazing - I went in with really tricky hair - different dyes and root growth. She spent ages making sure she knew exactly what I wanted, kept getting my opinion and checking the whole way through. She told me the different aspects of each thing I wanted and what she could do - offered loads of advice for my brand new front fringe! I normally leave the hairdressers with something different than I asked for but this time I am SO happy with my hair and got exactly what I wanted!
