Went with my mum as we'd never had a manicure and we wanted to pamper ourselves. Staff were friendly and welcoming and explained what was included in the option we chose. Aanu was especially lovely and was helpful when we couldn't decide which colour nail varnish to chose!
Overall it was a pleasant and relaxing experience and we're very pleased with the treatment. I'd recommend people to try this place out and I'd definitely go back again. Thank you for making our first manicure a pleasant experience :)

The lady was lovely and made me feel very comfortable during the measuring process. She listened to where I felt my problem areas were and gave more attention to those. In the relaxing stage, it would have been nice to have some music, as I could hear everything outside of the room such as chatter, etc. Overall, I would have it again!

I came here for a facial. The staff were lovely and very accommodating and the facial was great. The arm massage was a nice addition and I would definitely come back again.

I've rated the luxury pedicure 3 stars. The venue is good in terms of off street parking and the staff are polite and as helpful as they can be. The place could do with having 2 people in, one at the till to answer any queries telephone or otherwise and the other to carry out the treatment as the therapist who was working on me was constantly leaving the room to answer the phone or customers coming in for other services. I was in for 2 hours and the treatment was advertised for 1h 15mins
