The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The massage bed and room were extremely small.
When I was getting undressed, the masseuse came in without knocking. She asked me to fill in a form before my massage but most of the sections weren't relevant. It was frustrating to have to fill in a form during my massage time when I had arrived 20 minutes before my massage and could have been asked to fill it in then.
The massage started late and finished early so disappointingly it only lasted around 35 minutes instead of an hour.
The Swedish massage was nice and relaxing though and the masseuse took care in her approach.
