Monica is absolutely amazing. She is obviously a complete natural. No matter how stressed, tense, angry or negative I feel going in, I always feel amazingly relaxed, positive and uplifted on the way out. If she can fit you in, book an hour, it's so worth it. Monica is such a pro, she knows exactly what she's doing. I've been to many masseurs, she is by far the best.

This was my second reflexology treatment with Monica and it was great. The session was very relaxing and Monica takes the time to explain what she is doing and answer any questions I had. She gave me loads of tips on things I can do at home to help my body restore it's balance. Highly recommended.
