I was skeptical about cupping, but desperate for relief from back tension and some friends recommended me to try. the treatment was surprisingly soothing, with a deep relaxation washing over me as the cups created a gentle suction on my skin. I felt a sense of lightness, as if my body had been freed from a weight. . Cupping will keep using Igor I hope Cupping will be a valuable part of my self-care routine!

Max is a very pleasant person and also a great therapist! I got a deep tissue massage last week as im training for a 10k run and my legs were so stiff. After the massage i felt a bit of soreness that eased the day after. I felt my running got stronger.
