I’m giving a star only because I can’t give ZERO. Waxing experience it’s been awful. Firstly, I arrived and they weren’t aware of my booking through Treatwell and I had to wait. In the changing room there is a CCTV 😨 is that even legal??
The girl who’s done the treatment changed the wax cartridge at least 10 times as they all run out, she took ages for a service that should be done really quickly and also was massively painful compared to all the other places where I’ve done it before! Also, none of the staff was wearing a face covering even if in such a job you can’t ensure social distancing...Totally disappointed and totally not recommended!
