I had booked an appointment for kids, but when I arrived the owner informed me that the stylist available only cuts girls’ hair, while my appointment was for a boy. As a result, the haircut couldn’t be done unless I waited an additional hour and a half. I believe it would be helpful to specify at the time of booking whether the appointment is for a boy or a girl, to avoid unnecessary waiting and loss of time.
