Very thorough and feel totally looked after. She’s always welcoming and professional. The laser process is great, she put on glasses to protect my eyes and ensures I am checking in with her about the laser temperature constantly throughout the 5min treatment. I have had no reactions, she gives great aftercare advice and I can already see way less in-grown hairs compared to waxing. The hair is thinner and some hair is already permanently removed which is great, it’s already a noticeable change!
