My henna appointment was at 12:00 but it didn't start till 10min past, the lady answered a call during the treatment twice! Which I thought was very unprofessional. I felt she was running behind and rushed my treatment as another client arrived , noticing when home that the henna on my hand is smudged and wonky on the fingers, looks like a child did it. Henna last up to 3weeks and semipermanent so it can't be removed till then or corrected. I would have given no stars but I don't have that option. I would not be returning, terrible experience

A strange experience. Therapist was late, and unaware I had an appointment at the confirmed time. Because she was running late, the customer who was second in line (to me) was very annoyed and kept knocking on the treatment room door in which I was being treated! Totally shattered the peace I deserved as a customer. The therapist then left me waiting in the treatment room and attended to her in the waiting area! I would far sooner she told the lady to please just wait her turn, as it totally ruined it for me. I know she was trying to please everyone but my appointment totally suffered, when I was the one to arrive 15 mins early. For this reason I would not return.
