Not individual infills: I booked and paid for individual eyelash infills as my usual salon was fully booked. I have however been given cluster lashes which are lopsided, falling out after only a few days and are too heavy for my lashes. I have had extensions for months and months without issue. At no point was I told "clusters" were being used as I would've refused.
Wasn't offered any "after care advice" nor was I given a brush for them. Overall I would say the salon is perfectly nice as are the staff but they don't appear knowledgable enough in eyelash extensions. I've been offered no refund and am paying to have these removed 6 days later and individual (each lash has its own lash) at my usual salon.

Anshu is fantastic with eyebrow threading. Have been going to her for over 2 years with no complains. Highly recommended as she is gentle yet thorough.
