Paula was absolutely great. I had a painful & knotted shoulder which the massage completely fixed. She's really attentive, not just checking about pressure levels but also what sort of vibe I like during a massage (chatty/silent, music type, temperature etc). The heated massage table was a big bonus too! Definitely coming back.
