Ella was absolutely lovely – such a friendly and welcoming person. She chatted with me throughout and made me feel completely comfortable. The rest of the team were just as welcoming from the moment I walked in. No delay, I was seen straight away. The surroundings were really nice too, which made the whole experience even better.
