My hair got completely damaged. I asked for a natural surfer colour, emphasise on the Natural! I walked out with not blonde but almost white hair, couldn’t have been further from natural, and I was told ‘this is what most people want I should be happy ‘. When I went back crying that not even my own flatmates recognised me they tried to fix it but it was unsavable - at least that part was free. I had to go somewhere else, pay a fortune just so they can immediately cut off 1/3 of my hair!!! The rest should have been cut off too but I was told I can try and save it, so spent a fortune again on hair treatment. This little visit didn’t just cost me a good few hundred £££ but also my hair, which is worst as it’ll take years to grow back :(
