I was very specific about how I wanted my blow dry, not using a curling tong and big curls versus small tight ones. Left with the total opposite of what I wanted. I'd been to this salon before as it's local and had a similar experience but it's a good price and thought I'd give it another go with another hairdresser. Won't be going back.

It was fairly busy but that’s no surprise for the time I went. Because of this I felt the treatment was rushed. I think a bit more friendly customer care could’ve really made the difference. I thank my stylist for cutting my hair and making it look healthy once again.

Had the treatment 3 months ago. Wanted to wait to see how long it lasted before leaving a review.
Ali himself is absolutely fantastic! I have been doing keratin treatments since 2013 every three months and been to quite a few different places. And they have mostly been good. (Not all.) Ali is BY FAR the best I’ve ever gone to. So thorough!!! His method is also a bit different when it comes to how he applies the keratin to the hair. More time efficient actually. He was also extremely thorough when he dried the hair and straightned it after. He asked me to come back the next day if I had time, so he could touch up the straightning. I could do it, and I’m glad I did.
Ok, so the way he did the treatment was flawless. Then I just had to wait and see how good the effect on my hair was. (As mentioned, not all treatments are equally good.) This is why the delayed review. Again - this is the best treatment I’ve had! Only now my hair is getting curly again. I have a persistent curl at the front of my forehead. This has come back today. Also the curls in my neck. As expected after 3 months.
All in all: this is now my forever «go to» place for keratin! Ali is passionate about what he does, and the quality is top notch. I have booked in another treatment for the end of February as he is busy up until then, and he is definitely worth waiting for. Could not have been happier!
Price wise it is quite cheap. Specially taking into account the output.
