Peri was thorough and considerate. The wax was too hot initially and she immediately adjusted it but also made sure she tested it on a less sensitive area before continuing! Very happy with the results!

I go to Joli regularly but this was my first gel manicure. Cuticles were not trimmed properly and not enough care was taken in making sure they were even and trimmed. I was in a little bit of pain and got a cut that could have been avoided if the therapist had been a little more careful but it seemed it was because it was done in a bit of a hurry.
