This place was a challenge to find. It also had a little bit of an odour of freshly cooked food as I entered. The space is small, subterranean and very cluttered. I was met by someone who didn’t know I had booked through the app and challenged whether or not I had by her records without looking at the computer, Once the computer was refreshed they then appeared to be shocked by the booking. They don’t take card payments and only take cash payment up front so I had to leave and return to pay, there are no cash points nearby. I was shown to a room where I was told to prepare for the treatment without any consultation- which is in my opinion dangerous as I was suffering with neck pain. The therapist didn’t know what treatment I wanted even though it was on the booking. The treatment room was cramped and the layout of the table was so close to the wall that the massage couldn’t be administered. The therapist climbed on the bed and over me at some point to administer the treatment. When the treatment was finished no discussion or care was taken by staff.

It was really good, convenient location, however because it was Friday night and they were really busy with the receptionist off sick, my masseuse had to answer her phone a few times during my massage which ruined it a little as she had to keep going out the room and no extra time was given.

A small salon tucked away under Exmouth Market. Friendly masseuse and I felt very comfortable and welcome. The room has music playing and a nice ambience despite the cafe above. Very much a Thai massage over a sports massage - long strokes and manipulation of your body. Felt super long even though it was only half an hour.
