I did not have a deep tissue massage, or any massage at all.
What the therapist basically did was smother oil on my body constantly. There was no work on pressure point. I still have knots everywhere.
She actually hurt me on my legs and shoulders, as she was trying to massage my bones, not my muscles. Overall experience was noisy as it’s in the basement and people walking above us. The therapist did not ask me what area I wanted to focus on, it was constant pain (without pleasure).

Really vigorous massage (thai deep tissue) ... in one or two of my tender places it made me wince, but that was short-lived and I felt geat afterwards. Nice to be able to strip naked, without comment, for the massage. I'd go again.
