I was incredibly nervous about my procedure with Saffron primarily because I hate the idea of pain 🙃😂 but she was really comforting and understood my dry/dark humour straight away - she laughed at me when I was in pain hahaha which was brilliant for me because she’d managed to assess just through conversation that I’d respond well to this. She distracted me and made me laugh throughout.
I live in Liverpool but will definitely continue making the 90 min journey just to see her!
