I had a deep tissue massage & a bikini wax, both were great! The massage was very very good, I am a deep tissue massage therapist myself so I'm very fussy about people working on me! But my therapist was great, perfect pressure, I almost fell asleep! The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 was because the facilities were quite basic, could be nice to add some character to the rooms, but other than that I highly recommend!

I had a deep tissue massage with Nut which was brilliant. It was 60mins of stress and tension massaged out of me. The pressure was just right and Nut was very professional in her manner and very polite. I thoroughly recommend and will be going back.
I really had a nice spa day at 7 Day Spa. The 50 minute pedicure only lasted 30 minutes with 20 minutes of drying.

Best wax and facial I have tried in London since ages.
The rooms are a bit tiny, that's the only bad side, but it's super clean, the staff very welcoming and professional. I definitely would recommend 7 days spa.
