Nat was amazing, strong firm pressure. Worked my muscles and relaxed at the same time. It's the small things like a heated massage bed so it's not cold on your back etc. Would definitely head back again.

The masseuses know what they're doing, although it's hard to communicate because she spoke limited English. The owner is lovely though.

very lovely place and staff, I did a full manicure and pedicure and the results were very nice, in a very short time.I am going regularly for messages, pedicures,manicures and I am always highly satisfied.
Reflexology
This was my second time going to 7 Day Spa and it was absolutely amazing. The Swedish massage I got this time was incredibly relaxing -- I almost fell asleep. This place is a true gem. Very clean, great relaxing atmosphere and the massages are spot on!
