We were running early - shopping done for the day ahead of schedule - so we popped by half an hour ahead of my wife's appointment. They were really helpful and managed to fit her in ahead of time, which saved us hanging around, they were very accommodating.
7 Day Spa is small, but very nice and clean. It's a relaxing environment for a massage. It's nice but not fancy, but when your eyes are closed getting a great massage who cares?
The massage was great, a 90 minute one this time (worth the extra!) which was no surprise as it's been good on every visit. My wife said her back felt much better after it and with the 90 minutes there was enough time for her back to be worked on, without having to sacrifice the full-body experience.
Deep Tissue Massage
The massage was amazing, really enjoyed it. The room could have been a little more soundproof, but didn't really take away from how good the massage was.
Pregnancy Massage
The rooms are small and the place itself is small but the staff was nice. I had a Thai massage and it was a very good experience
