I have booked a massage and a facial and it was a wonderful experience. I enjoyed every minute. The massage was great, super relaxing, very professional, every move seemed to be very insync and it was very pleasant. The massage and the facial were done in the same room, there was no discomfort. It was superb.
The facial was great as well. The therapist was very capable, very professional. The only very tiny suggestion for improvement would be to extract more, but it wasn't essential as the whole facial was done nicely and I felt great afterwards. I will definitely go back and would absolutely recommend.

We were running early - shopping done for the day ahead of schedule - so we popped by half an hour ahead of my wife's appointment. They were really helpful and managed to fit her in ahead of time, which saved us hanging around, they were very accommodating.
7 Day Spa is small, but very nice and clean. It's a relaxing environment for a massage. It's nice but not fancy, but when your eyes are closed getting a great massage who cares?
The massage was great, a 90 minute one this time (worth the extra!) which was no surprise as it's been good on every visit. My wife said her back felt much better after it and with the 90 minutes there was enough time for her back to be worked on, without having to sacrifice the full-body experience.
