When I got home after getting my eyebrows waxed I had to pluck my eyebrows. The wrong colour was put onto my eyebrows too (the same colour as my eyelashes) after I requested a light colour as I do not like myself with dark eyebrows. I left the salon with two massive slugs on my face.

Friendly and efficient beautician but facilities aren't the best- I had to request a paper sheet be put down on the bed because there wasn't one.
