I booked a indian head massage but was offered an additional back and leg massage of half an hour for an extra tenner. My back and neck both felt much better after the massage.

AWFUL! I'd previously been in for a sports massage about 4 months ago and it was probably the best one I'd ever had. I went a few days ago and it couldn't have been worse. It shows that it's completely down to who you have as to how good it will be. The girl who did it was tickling me one second and then jabbing my sore muscles the next. I tried to explain what didn't work at the time but she failed to get better. After 45 mins of the 60 I had to leave, I kept trying to relax but was grinding my teeth and flinching for the whole thing. I told the receptionist why and explained the problems, after apologising she proceeded to charge me the full cost of the massage! I'm now feeling bruised, scratched and my problem areas feel tender and tense, more so than they were before the massage. Such a disappointment. Only good was that they have head holes in the beds.
