Freezing cold basement no atmosphere or music etc just a damp smell. I was the only customer no foot rest during pedicure I was told to cheap creams used that made me itch. Small selection of colours. She said my toes were dry after checking and telling me to put my socks back on when they were still damp I got home to discover they were all smudged and lumpy. Very disappointing. Overall bad experience didn’t feel like a valued customer at all. Called the salon to be told the manager is holiday

The salon was clean but my treatment was very rushed even though I was the only client in the salon.
