The staff were very friendly and offered me a drink when I arrived. The spa itself was slighty dingy (most of the treatment rooms are in the basement), and I wasn't 100% convinced that the oils/wax were stored completely hygienically. However, my beautician was very quick and professional, and even gave me a leg massage at the end of my treatment, which was a fantastic bonus!

I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment but was left waiting for 20 minutes. When I finally asked if they could begin my appointment because I needed to be somewhere a lady took me downstairs to the nail room. The person I had was completely inexperienced and rushed because of the late start. She left air bubbles in the shellac and had messy edges with polish on my cuticles and skin (I genuinely could've done a neater job myself.) The nails were cured before I noticed how bad they were (again, due to the rush. I didn't want her to take them off and redo them all as this would cause unnecessary damage to my nails, although she did need to take one off and restart as it was just appalling. I was in the salon for an hour in total, and left with the worst manicure I've ever had. Very disappointed, complete waste of money and unnecessary damage to my nails.
