Rather a stern experience so not the most friendly. A slightly off-putting droplet of a blood at the end of the bed too. Efficient though and a nice reception area and good range of treatments.

When I was at the salon, it seemed like they were going through refurbishment or restructure, as the phone kept ringing and the woman doing my waxing had to break to answer it a few times during the appointment; the door was locked when I arrived and I had to call and then wait five minutes to get in. My specialist was talking to the other member of staff through the door during the appointment and had to leave a couple of times. The wax itself wasn't too bad, but I wouldn't come back. It could have just been a bad timing though, so I don't want to put you off!
