This is the first time I've had a bad massage here -it was a few weeks ago - it was an older lady who didn't speak English. The massage lacked symmetry and was so painful at times I had to tell her to stop - this was made harder by the language barrier. I will return, as 8/10 times the massages have been great, but if I get this lady again I will have to insist on a different masseuse.

Overall the wax was ok. I had asked for a Brazilian but she ended up giving me a Hollywood instead which was annoying and she left the room half way through to answer the phone in the reception area which I thought was very unprofessional
