It was my first time at the studio for reflexology. Overall will rate it with 4 stars. Nice service, clean facilities and good Reflexology. I will recommend it and maybe consider going back.
Reflexology
The only thing that would have improved this treatment was a discussion about my skin needs and an explanation throughout the treatment of what was being done and why.
Classic Facials
Very friendly and efficient service. It ended up costing more than I expected, would advise against the express version and booking the spa manicure & pedicure directly as they are a better value.
Pedicure
My friend and I booked in for half hour massages at this salon on our lunch break. The sports massage was fantastic. The therapist seemed to find all the exact areas of tension in my legs and used just the right amount of pressure, just what I needed after all the running I've been doing.
The salon was clean and bright and the treatment rooms relaxing with ambient music. Definitely going to be going back in the run up to my marathon and will definitely look to book the 1 hour treatment. Thank you 7 Day Spa! Xx
