The massage itself was alright. However the massage room was really cold and we couldn't relax because of that. As soon as it finished we rushed to put our clothes back on to warm up.
It would have been nice if the therapist asked if the massage was to my liking, which she didn't unfortunately. The other therapist seemed to communicate with my partner though.
In retrospect I wish I'd said something during the treatment, but didn't want to ruin the mood.
The bathroom was very dirty and looked run down.

The salon was running over ten minutes late which ate into my lunch hour. The waxing was fine however the beautician didn't remove all the hair in the bikini area. She said when questioned that the area she had left counted as 'upper leg' and that removing that hair would cost £3 more. I am not a particularly hairy person and have never been told that at any other salon. I advised the beautician of this and she then agreed to remove the hair at no extra cost. The amount of hair I am talking about took one strip to remove on each side which is why I was so surprised at her initial attempt to charge extra.
