I had facial here before and most of the time I've been happy with them. However this time I had a different therapist and she seemed to be in a rush. The experience was not really relaxing which is not what you expect for a facial.

I've been going to 7 Day Spa for a while and my experience has been pleasant each time, Jen in particular is very nice and meticulous in her work, I would highly recommend :)
