I had an amazing 30min back, neck and shoulder massage. The therapist found all the knots in my upper back and I felt really relaxed afterwards. Sadly, the facial was not of a very high standard as the therapist was noisy and kept leaving the room. The towels were a little damp and the head massage was done in 2mins while the face mask was on. I have had an excellent facial at 7 day spa previously so I was expecting the same quality this time. Disappointing.

The therapist was very attentive and paid attention to detail. She did not leave the therapy room at any point of my treatment and I received a fantastic head massage while the face mask was drying.

Everyone was really nice and the price was excellent, but I was really disappointed with the facial.
My main goal for the visit (which I communicated) was extraction, but very little time (~5 min) was spent on this. The facial felt nice, but ultimately my skin doesn’t actually look better lbecause of the lack of extraction — feels like a waste of money.
