Wax went fine, and everyone was helpful. I was a bit concerned that the temperature gauge was playing up on the wax pot but it didn’t cause any harm

Overall the pedicure was good. Didn't have the best starts as it was an extra £10 to remove the gel I had on still. My normal salon don't charge for this so it was an unpleasant shock. Also they tried to upsell me the luxury pedicure.

I had an amazing 30min back, neck and shoulder massage. The therapist found all the knots in my upper back and I felt really relaxed afterwards. Sadly, the facial was not of a very high standard as the therapist was noisy and kept leaving the room. The towels were a little damp and the head massage was done in 2mins while the face mask was on. I have had an excellent facial at 7 day spa previously so I was expecting the same quality this time. Disappointing.
