This was a good facial and left my skin very clean and refreshed, but it did lack a bit of finesse. There was a lot of over scrubbing and perhaps not enough massage.

Experience wasn’t great - hot wax didn’t work properly and then a Hollywood was done instead of a Brazilian by mistake. Skin was burnt / marked afterwards for several days
