I cannot complain about the facial itself, my facial was good. However the ‘bedside manor’ or the staff I had could be better. My treatment ended without any notice that we had finished. The woman stopped and left the room. I could hear her washing up in a room nearby. I was left wondering if the treatment had finished (as she had already gone in and out for things during the facial) . I looked at the clock I still had 10 minutes of my treatment left. The lady can back in and took more things to clear away and then left again. So I assume that was end of my treatment. It would have been nice for her to have communicated this. It was around 7pm so she may have just had a busy day...
