reception staff was lovely but unfort. my luxury manicure / pedicure turned to be a bad experience. the cuticles were cut so far back that I was bleeding and then was told its a good thing that the afterwards applied lotion burns. Also, unfort. the shellac fell of 2 fingers a day after. Great response from the salon though who immediately offered me a new manicure for free. But just a shame when you spend so much time in the salon already and the treatment itself is not great. Good customer service - so maybe just ensure to have really skilled staff for the treatments in future.
