The therapist had a cough and kept coughing during the treatment. I was horrified when she coughed on me during the massage. I asked a few times if she was sick, and she said she ‘had a tickle in her throat’. When the massage was over she left the room and coughed continually until I left the building 10 minutes later. That’s an upper respiratory infection, not a tickle in your throat! I told the receptionist , and she replied ‘the therapist wore a mask during the treatment so it was fine’. SHE DID NOT WEAR A MASK. It was not fine. Sick people should not be giving massages! Definitely not going back.
