My cuticles were over trimmed. I hadn't noticed how deeply they were cut into at the time possibly because my hands were soaked but after a few hours they started to look very poor and over trimmed and red and winkled. I will never do this again no matter how confident the nail technician claim they are. I know hey will eventually recover and I will be ok about all this but please do not be over confident and ruin your customers fingertips. ;(

Best massage I’ve ever had! I was suffering from insomnia due to jet lag as well as stiffness and muscle pain and after my massage yesterday, I’ve had a full night of sleep and feel so much better! Thank you Mook! I’m restored!
