Eased my strained muscle very much and has improved my sleep again which is wonderful. I would say though that, I'd been told previously to ask for Mook who was the therapist I saw before and though I have no complaints, its a pity that requesting a specific therapist isn't followed through on once there. Maybe this is a difficulty with booking through Treatwell rather than in person?

Great front of house staff, they were very friendly and welcoming.
I booked a manicure while my boyfriend had a massage, he was very happy with his therapist and service,
Unfortunately I cannot say the same.
My nails were filed over and over again, at 3 different times over the appointment, and they are now so short, weak, and all in weird shape. None of them is round like I asked.
The manicure took forever, she was very slow and it took over 1 hour for a simple mani (no luxury, no gel)
And the worse is the painting of the nail varnish, after 5-6 hours it was all cracked.. not even chipped, but cracked.. you can see all the layers were not put precisely and there are cracks between them. Not happy with it at all.
To be honest there was a clear sign that if you are unhappy with the result you can tell them and they can re-work on it, so I could have said something, but I was already late and this took so long I can't imagine spending another hour there, nor did I trust that they had another person available to do a better job.

Good experience, have been to this salon a number of times and always get good service. The waxing could have have been a bit better in terms of taking care to not go over the area too many times.
