Really disappointed with the staff and customer service. I walked in and although had a warm welcome from the receptionist, she then walked off to get the therapist. There was no where to sit in the reception so I just followed the receptionist.
The room was very very small, and when the therapist eventually appeared, she didn’t introduce herself, just immediately asked me to get on the bed. She didn’t ask what I wanted doing, or how I like my eyebrows (and this was my first visit), just immediately started brushing them and then trimming them with out confirming if this is what I wanted.
The whole session was over very quickly, the results are okay, my eyebrows do look neater. Yet she has over threaded/plucked one, which is now shorted than the other.
I was quickly ushered out the room after the treatment was finished to pay, and the receptionist stayed talking on her phone.
Just overall pretty disappointed by the experience.

Hard to find the spa as it is at a different location on google maps. The massage was good but I could hear other staff laughing, yelling, talking and vacuuming throughout my massage which wasn’t very relaxing
