As a new mum, I was desperately in need of some neck and shoulder tension release from breastfeeding. Able to book a very last minute appointment with Mae at 7 Day Spa. The room was no frills and the music cut in and out a few times, but Mae herself did a fantastic massage really able to get under the surface of these new knots. Not the ambiance for a pampering spa day, but just right for what I needed.
