I booked the massage very short notice, but it wasn't a problem at all. The room was nice and clean and I was even happy with the choice of background music! My masseur was lovely. I needed a quick, good & 'rough' massage and I got what I wanted. I was really happy with it!

A a disappointing visit - i was booked for an express manicure, but they were understaffed which resulted in one technician trying to serve me and another client at the same time, so the treatment took twice the time it should have yet steps were rushed. The top coat was too thick and not properly applied, leaving a very uneven finish. The staff were friendly, but the venue lacked organisation, and multiple interruptions saying other customers were waiting didn’t help the technician pay attention to the task at hand.
