I have come here before and customer service has always been welcome but I was really disappointed with my wax. It was a very uncomfortable experience and there was still noticeable hairs remaining. Disappointed

Lovely staff and good pressure on hot stone massage. The stones were a bit overheated so I was concerned for the therapist's hands. Overall a good experience and normal London prices.
