This didn’t really resemble the sports massages that I’ve had before by physios and I wouldn’t recommend this for a more technical massage. But the therapists seemed very kind and considerate

Treatment was great, although staff did try to re arrange the time several times (once by updating directly on the app without agreeing with me!). But ultimately sorted and I got the treatment at the time booked.
