Treatment was great, although staff did try to re arrange the time several times (once by updating directly on the app without agreeing with me!). But ultimately sorted and I got the treatment at the time booked.

Not a professional wax. It was slow and more painful than what I’m used to - the same area was waxed multiple times and the wax temperature was almost uncomfortable. I’ve been getting waxed for over 4 years.
