Nok is very sweet and nice. She was concerned with helping work on my problem spots. English a little limited with all staff I've met here but fine for a spa - not for injury/serious pain. They try hard here.

I went with Sofia based on past reviews, and she was great! She was meticulous and very gentle with threading and very patient with the gel application - focused on doing it really well. Would go back to her , the ambience is okay but her service standard is excellent!
