Anila was pleasant but my nails are not cut evenly, and the approach was painful. My fingers and toes have many cuts and are now quite sensitive.

Not professional at all. Have had loads of waxes done before but not like this. Never have I ever been made to feel shame for being hairy except at this place. I am here for a wax after all!!!!!

Said multiple times that it was painful and was laughed at and have been in pain since. She also spoke loudly during the whole massage which took away from the relaxing atmosphere. I’ve had a few massages here and came back and now I won’t be returning after this experience.
