The wax was too hot and I found it painful. My skin was really irritated afterwards for a couple of days. The lady was very nice but kept having to go over the same area and blamed the bad lighting in the room, so they probably shouldn’t do a wax in there.

The venue was locked when I arrived and I had to call to get the door open, which was a little confusing, but once in the door the experience was great. Therapist was very skilled. A little off-putting to hear the reception through the door but wasn't too bad

Sofia is so so kind and has a great personality. I did a normal manicure and my polish lasted really long without chipping. The only thing is they don’t have that many colour options
