I went with Sofia based on past reviews, and she was great! She was meticulous and very gentle with threading and very patient with the gel application - focused on doing it really well. Would go back to her , the ambience is okay but her service standard is excellent!

I never got a foot massage. Apart from that everyone was friendly.
Seats not that comfortable.

It was fine, however I ended up with a part of my eyebrow removed that wasn’t supposed to be removed. No point to complain, as hair was already gone. Just will not go back.
